Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your fragrance. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a refund or exchange within 100 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
We understand that customers may want to test their fragrance before deciding to return it. You may spray the fragrance once or twice to experience the scent. However, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been used beyond this limit or items returned outside the 100-day return window. Any such items will be returned to you.

If you purchased a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned to qualify for a refund. If you prefer to return only part of a bundle, we can offer an exchange instead.
