Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is within 5 business days.

Tracking All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking information via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your email address is correct and your inbox has sufficient storage to receive shipping updates.

Damaged Items In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@qcollectionperfume.com with photos of the damaged item. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Returns We accept returns. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Please contact us before returning any items.

Incorrect Address We are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
