PERFUMES
How long do the fragrances last?
Our Eau de Parfums are made with a high concentration of fragrance oils, designed to last for hours on the skin. Longevity can vary depending on skin type, environment and application, but most scents are designed to stay noticeable throughout the whole day, without being overpowering.
How should I store my perfumes?
It is recommended to keep perfumes away from direct heat or light and avoid subjecting them to drastic changes in temperature.
Where should I apply perfume?
We recommend applying your perfume on pulse points (neck, wrists, behind ears, etc.) or simply spritzing it in the air and walking through so that the scent can envelop you.
Why can’t I smell my fragrance after a while?
It’s a normal phenomenon called nose fatigue, where the nose desensitizes itself when it gets used to the scent. Even though you can’t feel it, others around you still can so go easy on reapplying the scent.

RETURNS
How do I return an order?
If a fragrance isn’t the right match for you, you’re welcome to request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To get started, simply contact our customer support team (support@qcollectionperfume.com) and share your order number, the reason for your return, and a few clear photos of the fragrance bottle. All return requests are reviewed manually and must be approved before anything is sent back.
Once your return has been approved and received, your refund will be processed after inspection.
A $3.99 processing fee per return shipment will be deducted from your refund, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident when trying our fragrances. If a scent doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
You’re welcome to try your fragrance to decide if it’s right for you. However, returned fragrances should not show signs of heavy or excessive use and must be returned with the bottle, cap, and spray mechanism intact. Fragrances that are clearly heavily used or significantly depleted may not be eligible for return.
To ensure a smooth process, we require photo documentation as part of every return or exchange request. This allows us to review each request fairly and consistently.
All returns and exchanges are subject to approval, and items should only be sent back after confirmation from our support team.
What should I do if my order is lost, damaged or stolen?
If something happens with the package, please contact us at support@qcollectionperfume.com and we will work together to find a possible solution.

Are these real brand fragrances?
We create blends inspired by brand fragrances, upholding the same high-quality standards, in order to bring our customers an affordable alternative to their favorite designer perfumes. We are in no way affiliated with the mentioned brands
Why are they so affordable? Do they have the same quality as brand perfumes?
By removing unnecessary costs such as excessive packaging, large advertising budgets and prestige markups, we are able to focus entirely on what truly matters: the quality of the fragrance. The result is a refined, luxurious scent experience, offered at a (way) more accessible price.
Are these fragrances long lasting?
They are designed to be very long-lasting, just like designer fragrances, and in some cases, depending on the composition, even longer.
How long will the fragrance bottle last?
This depends only on your usage habits. On average, a 50ml bottle, used once a day, lasts about 2 months.
Are the fragrances tested on animals?
None of our products are tested on animals. Also, all our perfumes are vegan!
I purchased perfumes on pre-order, what now?
If your order contains a pre-order product, please note that we will hold the ENTIRE ORDER until the pre-order item is available to ship. Payments for orders containing a pre-order item will be charged at the time of placement. Unfortunately, during this time, we cannot split or combine any orders. SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Orders placed after 16:00 are processed the following business day. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in South Carolina, USA, so depending on where you are located, it can take between 2-5 business days to arrive. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order is placed, we won't be able to make any changes to it. So, please double-check all your order details, including your shipping address, before hitting the submit button. We are unable to make any changes due to the automated nature of our fulfillment process.
Dossier is not responsible for mis-delivered packages if the shipping address is wrong and we're unable to make changes on our end.
Our customer service department is available from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday. If you send an email outside of these hours, your request will be processed on the following day.
